For the value conscious lab that wants very good accuracy and does not want to move into our laser based unit, the Single Check is a good alternative. This unit was developed with proven glass scale technology for linear length measurement. And although some of the features such as temperature monitoring and automatic environmental compensations are not included, the accuracy is still very good at 10 +1.3L uin for external measures.

The Single Check comes in 3 models. It is available in a 6”, 12” and 24” external measuring range. It offers a selectable measuring force to allow the operator to select appropriate measuring conditions. There is a 4 inch direct measuring range without the need for re-master within this range. The Single Check incorporates a digital readout within a pc based display with a resolution of 6 places in English units or 5 places behind the decimal in metric units.

Typical applications for the Single Check include measurement of cylindrical plugs, thread plugs, cylindrical rings, dial indicators and various types of length measurement.
An adjustable, floating stage and a wide variety of accessories allow for easy gage positioning and measurement.
